ข้อพึงระวังการเข้าใช้งาน ATM Web

1. ไม่ควรใช้รหัสผ่านที่เป็นคำศัพท์ทั่วไปที่ค้นหาได้ในพจนานุกรม หรือ เดาได้ง่าย หรือเป็นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ Hacker สามารถค้นหาตามช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียได้

2. ไม่ควรใช้ รหัสผ่านเดิมๆ กับหลายบัญชีพร้อมกัน เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงที่ Hacker จะเข้าถึงพร้อมๆ กันหลายๆ ระบบ

3. จัดเก็บรหัสผ่านไว้ในที่ปลอดภัย ไม่ติดรหัสผ่านบนกระดาษโน้ต หรือ ติดตามโต๊ะ

4. ไม่ควรบันทึกรหัสผ่านบนคลาวด์หรือ บนคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยไม่มีการเข้ารหัส เพราะ Hacker อาจบุกรุกเข้าไปในไดรฟ์ บนคลาวด์ หรือคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่สามารถเห็นไฟล์เก็บรหัสผ่านได้

5. ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ไม่ได้รับมอบหมายเข้าใช้งานแทน

6. การอัพโหลดไฟล์ข้อมูล ต้องเป็น File type เป็น .gif, .jpg, .png, .pdf โดยมีขนาดไม่เกิน 2 MB เท่านั้น และ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วนของข้อมูล ก่อนดำเนินการอัพโหลดข้อมูลในแต่ละครั้ง
